Please Note: There are no Cauldrons this ex-pack therefore, unless the Guild Bank is provided with GOLDEN LOTUS, Flasks will not be provided.

•Vent: is required. Keep vent clear during raid times. If you have a job to call out something, you MUST do it. And if it is not assigned to you, do NOT speak! Lastly, do NOT leave vent when one of the leaders asks everyone to stay on to discuss the raid.
•Gear: Some members VASTLY out gear others. If you are one of our under geared members and are not preforming well in raid (aka you are one of the bottom 3 dps) you NEED to address this.
Valor gear, Rep Gear, Crafted, and LFR.
•DPS: Everyone needs to maximize their dps. Again, if you are on the bottom of the meter consistently, you will be replaced. Work on your rotation/spec etc.
Best place to look this up is MMO Champion under Forum>Class>Spec.
•Repairs: Repairs will go up to cover most of your repair bill for progression! But only if you guys group up in groups of 3 and cap dungeons and scenarios. (you need to be capping your valor either way) I do not want to be in the red, meaning we put out more than we take in.
•Loot: Main Spec before Off Spec. Any BoEs will be taken for guild bank, unless it is an upgrade then needs to be equipped on site. Patterns go to the guild bank, unless it's a dupe.
•Attendance: If you cannot make it to raid one night/week, please let Sunstealer know asap! If you miss more than 2 days of raid without warning, you will be kicked off the current team.
•Fights: WATCH VIDEOS =>HERE! EVERYONE needs to have an idea of the fights! At least know the LFR version! If you do not, read the dungeon journal before raid! It literally takes about 3 mins and it will improve your awareness.
