This is a raid reminder to address some serious issues
the leaders and some of our members have noticed. Some of this may not apply to
you, but everyone needs a wake-up call.
We will be stepping up our raid game.
If you do not follow
the rules as follows or you do not give me a good reason why you cannot, you
will be replaced.
I'd just like to note that this is embarrassing to have to tell some of you this over and over. This is your last chance.
Vent: Keep vent clear during raid times. People are finding
it hard to focus when there are un-necessary things being said. Leave the
ridiculing to the leaders. We will ask for opinions at a specific time. If you have a job to call out something, you MUST do it. And if it is not assigned to you, do NOT say anything! Or else vent becomes un-understandable when more than 1 person speaks at a time. Lastly, do NOT leave vent when one of the leaders asks everyone to stay on to discuss the raid.
Gear: Some members VASTLY out gear others. If you are one of
our under geared members and are not preforming well in raid (aka you are one
of the bottom 3 dps) you NEED to address this.
Valor gear, Rep Gear, Crafted,
and LFR.
Don't be afraid to ask your guild members for help!
DPS: Everyone needs to maximize their dps. Again, if you are
on the bottom of the meter consistently, you will be replaced. Work on your
rotation/spec etc.
Best place to look this up is MMO Champion under
Forum>Class>Spec.
(Pre-pots are great for the extra burst of dps!)
Raid Awareness: EVERYONE needs to step up their raid awareness. Some more than others. If you are dying to a mechanic more than once you need to take a step back and look at what you are doing wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but please pay attention. A good way to ensure raid awareness, is stay calm! Do not panic when a mechanic is about to go down. Just do what you need to do.
Fights: EVERYONE needs to have an idea of the fights! At least know the LFR version! If you do not, read the dungeon journal before raid! It literally takes about 3 mins and it will improve your awareness.
Repairs: I will up the repairs to cover most of your repair bill for progression! But only if you guys group up in groups of 3 and cap dungeons and scenarios. (you need to be capping your valor either way) I do not want to be in the red, meaning we put out more than we take in.
If you are not doing your best to improve, you will be replaced.
Last but not least, have FUN. This doesn't mean joking around or being rude. It just means this is supposed to be fun, don't get your hopes down if we can't get a boss down! Just think about what we can do to improve and at the end of raid, during our discussion let us know your ideas.

I know this is harsh, but Origin wants to progress through
raids as a guild! We have many more raids to progress through, and more onto Heroics! We want to make this a more enjoyable experience for all
players, and you are a part of that. Just imagine what we can do if we all stepped up our game!
